โœ“ Seoul Sky booked. Klook timed entry confirmed (ref EVF540605, 3 adults) โ€” the day's now locked around an easy eastward run: James's T1 Store stop he missed Saturday, then COEX, then the tower at golden hour. The Lotte World theme-park swap is still there as an option if James would rather trade the afternoon (Seoul Sky stays either way).

๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Overview Map

Hotel T1 Store (Seolleung) COEX (Samseong) Lotte World Tower (Jamsil)

All out east, running west-to-east on Line 2: T1 Store at Seolleung first, COEX at Samseong next, then a hop to Jamsil for the tower. Tap a pin for its name.

Two map buttons on every stop: tap N for Naver (best for live transit in Korea โ€” pin โ†’ ๋„์ฐฉ Arrival โ†’ ๋Œ€์ค‘๊ตํ†ต transit), or G for Google Maps. Naver wins for subway routing.

The Day

morning ยท no alarm

๐Ÿ˜ด Slow start + late Myeongdong brunch

Recovery

You'll have earned a lie-in after the DMZ dawn start. Take the morning easy โ€” a relaxed brunch near the hotel in Myeongdong, then drift east when you're ready. Nothing's time-locked until the evening.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ T1 Store โ€” Gangnam (the one James missed)

JAMESLooped in

The proper T1 HQ merch store James didn't get to on Saturday (he went straight to the Hongdae Base Camp). Ground floor of T1's headquarters โ€” where the players actually are. Exclusive T1 gear and memorabilia. Open till 20:00, and on a quiet Monday there's none of Saturday's seat/ticket scrum โ€” it's just a shop, walk in.

Allow ~30โ€“45 min. It's the westmost stop, so doing it first keeps the day running cleanly east. Address: 627 Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu (Seolleung Stn, Line 2).

From Myeongdong: Line 4 โ†’ transfer to Line 2 โ†’ Seolleung, or a ~20-min taxi/Uber.
~14:00 ยท afternoon

๐Ÿฌ COEX Mall (Samseong)

JAMESIndoor ยท low-key

Korea's giant underground mall โ€” easy, air-conditioned wandering with plenty for James: gaming and figure/hobby shops, the SMTOWN COEX Artium (K-pop flagship), a Megabox cinema, and loads of food. Browse at your own pace.

Two photogenic anchors: the Starfield Library (the towering two-storey bookshelf โ€” the Insta shot) and, if you fancy it, the COEX Aquarium (~1.5 hr, good for all three). Bongeunsa Temple is right across the road for a quiet contrast.

From T1 Store / Seolleung: Line 2 east just two stops to Samseong (or a short taxi). Easy.
~17:30 ยท golden hour

๐ŸŒ‡ Seoul Sky โ€” Lotte World Tower

THE VIEWJamsil

Korea's tallest building (123 floors) and the day's finale. Aim for late afternoon so you catch the city in daylight, sunset, and the first lights โ€” the best all-in-one window. Observation decks on 117โ€“123F, including the glass-floor Sky Deck if anyone's brave.

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Booked โœ“ โ€” Klook direct entry, ref EVF540605 (3 adults). Show the QR voucher + passport at the gate; no ticket office, walk straight in. No re-entry once you leave, so save it for the finale. (Family note: the "no 3+ after 18:00" rule exempts families living together, but aiming in before 18:00 sidesteps any gate quibble.)

From COEX/Samseong: short hop east โ€” Line 2 a few stops to Jamsil, or a ~10-min taxi.

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Dinner at Lotte World Mall

EATJamsil

Stay put at the foot of the tower โ€” Lotte World Mall has the lot. Three good plays: Seoryeong (Bib Gourmand Pyongyang naengmyeon), Modern Shabu House (premium shabu refills), or โ€” for a special-occasion blowout with the view โ€” Bicena (Michelin โญ, 81F Signiel; book ahead).

If James is still chasing his chimaek return, there's Korean fried chicken in the mall too โ€” easy to fold in.

๐Ÿ”€ The alternative (if James prefers)
Lotte World Adventure โ€” the theme park in the very same Jamsil complex as the tower. Indoor + outdoor rides, a bigger marquee day. If James votes for this tonight, the evening Seoul Sky + mall dinner stay exactly as they are โ€” we'd just swap COEX for the park in the afternoon (and start a touch earlier).

Say the word and I'll flip the plan over.

A deliberately easy day after the DMZ. Seoul Sky is the one fixed point โ€” aim in before 18:00 for golden hour.
